All of our staff are professionally trained which results
in improved communication both internally with colleagues
and externally with our clients. The continual training
of our staff is one of our primary objectives and is achieved
through attendance at conferences, training courses etc.
Additionally, at E-1 we seek to provide a healthy and
accident free working environment and to this end we set
objectives relating to security and safety in the workplace.
The well-being and safety of our staff are 2 of our key
corporate values.
Staff satisfaction is a key philosophy for us and one
which we aim to achieve through keeping our employees
regularly updated, training, motivation, team work and
